Dear SBH Customer,
Southern Black Hills Water is sending this letter to inform you that
we are going to start having automatic withdrawal for payment. Also
included is an Authorization Agreement for Automatic Withdrawal form.
If you are interested in signing up for this type of payment, please fill out the
form and return to Southern Black Hills Water System. The payment
withdrawal will take place on the 10th of each month.
If you have more than one account, you can put the account number
on the form below the phone number area. Make sure you sign and date the
form to authorize Southern Black Hills Water System to make the monthly
withdrawal.
In the past Southern Black Hills has been asked when an auto
payment system would be available to its customers. The Board of
Directors are excited about offering this type of payment method to its
customers.
