SBHWS has contracted with Immediate Response Information System (IRIS) to provide notification services to our customers. The IRIS program has been in existence for over 20 years and is the only mass notification system endorsed by the National Rural Water Association. With IRIS, SBHSW has the ability to keep our customers informed regarding potential service line breaks and/or maintenance procedures in affected areas.
While signing up for the IRS program is not mandatory, only customers that have returned the completed information form below will receive notification. The information you provide will not be shared by IRIS or SBHWS with any other entity. The form includes multiple options and offers a choice for the type of notification system or systems you prefer to use.
