Policy Bulletin 105 - Compensation & Reimbursable Expenditures

DIRECTORS:
Directors may receive, upon submission of a voucher and/or receipt, compensation for mileage, meals, lodging and other reimbursable expenses for attendance at each meeting of the Board and for attendance at any other meeting on behalf of the Corporation.
Expenses may be reimbursed at the rates provided for by the System funding agencies however not to exceed the current State rate.
Directors may receive up to but not to exceed the State rate per day for attendance at each meeting of the Board and for attendance at any other meeting(s) on behalf of the Corporation.
