Policy Bulletin 202 - Water Rates

Water rates shall be determined and established by the Board of Directors and may be increased or adjusted by the Board from time to time as it deems necessary to meet the financial obligations of the project.
Bills for service are composed of two parts; first, a monthly service charge, sometimes referred to as the 'minimum', and second, a charge for water used by the User. The monthly service charge includes a volume of water as given by the rate schedule. The charge for water used is independent of and in addition to the monthly service charge.
Water rates, as adopted, shall be attached to this policy and labeled as an appendix in sequential order for each rate category.
APPENDIX I
RURAL HOUSEHOLD WATER RATE SCHEDULE:
Minimum bill and water rates = set by Board of Directors by Resolution
1,000 to 10,000 gallons = $4.00 per 1,000 gallons
10,000 to 20,000 gallons = $4.25 per 1,000 gallons
Over 20,000 gallons = $4.50 per 1,000 gallons

LIVESTOCK USERS
Minimum bill = set by Board of Directors by Resolution
All water = same rate as rural household
