Temporary Service is approved and supplied by the Corporation which lasts sixty (60) days or less. The corporation may extend temporary service. The Corporation may supply service for temporary purposes, provided the Corporation has water available in excess of regular needs and provided the Corporation has available material and equipment necessary to supply temporary service. Each application for such service must pay in advance to the Corporation an estimate of the cost of labor and materials, less salvage value on removal, for installing and cost of removing such service at the rates established by the Corporation for the classification of use.
