Policy Bulletin 109 - Meeting with the Board of Directors

Persons desiring to meet with the Board of Directors of the Southern Black Hills Water System must notify the Manager at least 24 hours before the Board meeting. The Manager will set up a time for the person(s) to meet with the Board of Directors.
As determined by the Board, persons making such requests may be allowed a reasonable amount of time to appear. The time allowed will be at the discretion of the Board and will depend upon subject matter, time availability, and other factors which shall solely be determined by the Board.
The Board may grant a larger amount of time if it deems necessary.
