- GOOD INTENTION FEES

- Good Intention fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
- WATER USER FEES

Water User Fees will only be refunded if one or more of the following conditions are met:
- It is determined by the Corporation that the hookup cannot feasibly be served
- Through not fault of his or her own, circumstances exist that prohibit the User from placing a tap at the location.
- It is determined by the Board of Directors that it is in the best interest of the Corporation to refund the hookup fee.
- It is determined that the system will not become a reality and the Board of Directors abandons all development efforts. In such an event, expenses will be subtracted from hookup fees received, and a prorated share ofthe remaining balance will be refunded to each member.
- In no case will interest be paid on amounts refunded.

The Board of Directors may, in its sole and exclusive discretion, release any or all members from the contractual obligations of any water user agreement if:
- It is determined that the system will not become a reality, and the Board of Directors abandons all development efforts.
- The Board of Directors finds, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that special or hardship circumstances exist; or
- The Board of Directors finds, in its sole and exclusive discretion that the release of the member from the water user agreement is in the best interest of the Corporation.
